  1. Follow the below-mentioned steps to install the software on your system: Navigate to your “Downloads” folders and run the downloaded file. You will see a warning message on your screen "McAfeeMacInstaller is a file downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?“ To start the installation process, press "Open". Enter your login details and serial number to authorize the installation process. Wait for the installation wizard to complete the process. Note: If you see this message "System Extension is blocked" then follow these steps to complete the process: Tap on the "Open Security Preferences" option. Navigate to the general tab and press the lock icon. Enter your login details and click on "Unlock." Click on "Allow.“ Wait for the installation to get completed.

  2. You can activate your McAfee subscription from mcafee.com/activate. Follow the below- mentioned steps to activate McAfee on your system: Visit www.mcafee.com/activate. Go to Account> Redeem Your Retail Card. Enter your email address and click "Next." Select your "Country" and "language" from the dropdown menu and click "Submit." Now you have successfully activated the software for your compute

To download McAfee for your system, go to mcafee.com/activate and follow these steps:  Login to your account or create an account if you don't have it by clicking on the "Register Now" button and submitting your details.  Select your device.  Select your Desired McAfee software.  Hit the "Download" button.  Go through the McAfee license agreement and accept its terms and conditions.  You will be prompted to submit your activation key. Submit the key to download the software.  Note: If you are a Mac user, ensure that you have saved the serial number. You will need it during the installation process.  McAfee installer will now be downloaded to your system.
