Sobha City Pay on Possession Plan

Sobha introduces Pay-On-Possession Plan which is a 10:75:15 subvention till offer of possession. Under this plan, the home buyer has to pay only 10% initially and book a Sobha home. Thereafter, Housing Finance Company (HFC) funds 75% of the price and customer pays the balance 15% in easy installments as per construction milestones.
