1. מסע במרחב ובזמן על פני ההיסטוריה של חיפה מסוף המאה ה-19 ועד מחצית המאה ה-20 קשה לנוע בצורה מסודרת לאורך ארבעת הצירים של המרחב והזמן. מצגת זו נעה על פני חיפה לאורכם של שלושת צירי המרחב . לכן היא מקפצת ומקרטעת במימד הזמן.

2. A journey in space and time over the history of Haifa from the end of the 19th century until the middle of the 20th century It is difficult to travel along the axes of space and time in an orderly manner. This presentation travels along the three spatial axes. The result is a sporadic movement in time.

4. The photos presented here were collected from a number of sources. They are dated here only if the year in which they were taken is given in the origin. The presentation moves from east to west up to the summit of Stella Maris, with a detour to Hadar Hacarmal. A considerable number of photos of Hamra square can be found in the sources. The reason is probably that this square was the central plaza of old Haifa and it’s main transportation hub. From here horse drawn carriages could be taken to all the edges of the big city. There was no pollution in those happy days. The carriages did not exhaust smoke and the horses were usually well behaved and made efforts not to emit any gases. 6. נקודות ציון: שתי נקודות כחולות: תחנת הרכבת ורח' נצרת (היום חטיבת גולני). המבנים הללו קיימים עד היום. ירוק: פינת קבוץ גלויות -נצרת- פלי"ם (רח' פלי"ם נסלל על שטח הקאסבה שנהרסה, כמה חבל. תארו לעצמכם שהיה קיים היום בחיפה שוק עתיק) צהוב: ככר פריז (אז חמרה) אדום: פינת רח' שיבת ציון (אז סטאנטון)-אלנבי כחול: רח' יפו סגול: פינת רח' ביאליק -חסן שוקרי (בבנין הזה שוכנת היום תחנת משטרה) כתום: רח' הנביאים הארות: בין הנקודה הירוקה והצהובה השתרעו חיפה העתיקה (הקאסבה) והשוק הציורי. הם נהרסו מיד לאחר שחרור חיפה ב-1948. מעל הנקודה הירוקה: בית קברות מוסלמי הקיים עד היום בשדרות פלי"ם. על חצי האי שברקע נבנתה בת גלים נמל לא היה. במקומו היה רציף הנראה בימין התמונה מלמטה.
