Background • The Holy Communion will now be conducted after the Sermon to form the climax of our worship service • We will now come forward individually to the altar rail to receive the Holy Communion • Having Holy Communion at the altar rails will enable each worshipper to respond to God; have some quiet moments before God and take the opportunity to come forward, approaching God personally to seek solace, forgiveness and give thanks.
Instructions for Youths & Parents • Youths will join in worship from the beginning to the closing of the service • Children Ministry will join in DURING the singing of the Communion hymn • CM teachers will lead the children to the Sanctuary: • Pre-schoolers ( Toddlers to K2s ) will assemble at the entrance near Cosy Room • Primary1 to 6 will be at the glass door entrance • Parents are advised to receive their children at these two points during the singing of the Communion hymn
Instructions for Worshippers • Please follow the instructions and directions of the ushers • Do come forward by way of the centre aisle and return to your seats by the left and right aisles • Maintain an attitude of worship and reverence before God during and after receiving the Holy Communion • Examine and reflect on our lives before God when we come to receive His grace, love and forgiveness • Be reminded that the whole worship service will only end with the pronouncement of the Benediction and the Choral Response
