  3. BWW’s was Founded in 1981 by James Disbrow and Scott Lowery in Columbus, Ohio. They sell chicken, hamburgers and beer, among other things. Each restaurant has multiple TV screens to show sports. They have 652 locations in the world today. The largest BWWs, in Columbus, Ohio. The bar at BWWs in Detroit, Michigan.

Community Involvement • Many restaurants donate to worthy causes: • Buffalo Wild Wings has raised over $225,000 since 1999 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. • A BWW in Gilbert that has donated wings to church groups, school volunteer events and raised $5,000 for the family of a police officer that was killed. • An owner of four chains in Illinois donates about 1,000 wings every Christmas to a church that gives the food to homeless people.
