Curriculum • 37 units: 25 core and 12 elective • Core built from principles of emergency management • Emphasis on writing, library research, group collaboration, e-learning and social networking, critical thinking throughout • Curriculum integrated across courses • Certificates in public policy management, emergency management, and international emergency management
Collaboration and Project Driven • Assignments encourage group work • E-Portfolio required • Digital simulation integrated into coursework • Group Project or Thesis required; delivered and recorded through digital video in real-time
