  4. Oversight Organizational Responsibility • National leads the way • Sets the by-laws/policies • Strategic Planning • Monitors growth/development • Provides tools for clubs/districts

  5. Develops Programs of Service • Receives and looks for ideas from clubs • Researches viability for all clubs • Develops guidelines • Develops brochures • Encourages participation • Publicity

  6. Training Conferences Conventions • Designed to help members grow in knowledge and leadership skills • Improves the organization as a whole • Fosters teamwork and friendships • Expands our family • FUN! FUN!! FUN!!!

  7. Printing/Publications • National prints all materials supplied to clubs • Membership/recruitment materials • Program of service brochures • Committee Guides • Training materials in print and on CD • Club leadership manuals • Exchange Today • Press releases to your area

Member Services/Club Support • CDSD is available to help you with growth • Ask and they will come • Awards recognize accomplishments • Supplies are provided for club functions • Call anytime and they will get you what you need • Communications will help with newsletters, press releases and website set up. Call and they will serve!
