Summary • Students who begin at low levels are less likely to reach college level courses than students who start at higher levels • Students perform roughly as well in college level courses regardless of starting level • Higher Levels = More Degrees • Lower Levels = More Certificates • Picture of ESL is Incomplete • No Transfer Data
