1 Perdaman Vision
Introduction to Perdaman • Perdaman Industries is the principal sponsor of the Project • Perdaman Industries is 100% owned by the Rambal Family and led by Mr Vikas Rambal • The Rambal Family holds select investments including a growing international pharmaceuticals distribution business originally started in 1965 by Vikas Rambal’s father, Mr Perdaman Krishan Rambal • Perdaman Group is a diversified multinational with over 20 years’ experience in Australia and with substantial investments in real estate, pharmaceutical manufacturing, immigration services and a renewable energy arm which aims to develop alternative renewable power options in India, including solar photovoltaic • The Rambal Family was a major shareholder in the Burrup Fertilisers project in WA (now owned by Yara International) • The Rambal Family relocated for this project in 1999 • The Rambal Family is deeply involved in a number of community initiatives: • In India, they have sponsored health camps to offer free check-ups and health advice to populations in need • In Western Australia, they strongly support the Western Australian Cricket Association and charities in favour of disabled individuals and medical research
Mr Vikas Rambal – Chairman, Managing Director and Entrepreneur • Vikas Rambal has more than 25 years experience in business and a proven track record in delivering world-class fertiliser plants • Vikas Rambal was born in Delhi and qualified as a chemical engineer at the University of Nagpur, specialising in petrochemicals • Vikas Rambal spent the first years of his career working with Bharat Petroleum (formerly Shell) and was then involved in a range of projects including refineries and the manufacture of fertilisers • In 2000, Vikas Rambal and his business partners moved to WA with plans to use natural gas for downstream industry and he successfully completed the Burrup Fertilisers project in WA • Vikas Rambal was the driving force behind the development of the AU$700m Burrup Fertiliser Plant from the date of instigation through to completion • Vikas Rambal’s involvement in the Burrup Fertiliser Plant ceased in 2007 and he has since been dedicated to the successful development of this Project • Offtake from this project was 100% sold to Yara International for 20 years
20 year gas supply agreement executed with Woodside Commercial long-term gas agreement • Since developing the Burrup Fertiliser Plant, Vikas Rambal has been focused on developing the Perdaman Urea Project (the Project) • Perdaman has invested more than US$175 million • The Project will produce approximately 2Mtpa urea • In November 2018, Perdaman signed a gas supply agreement with Woodside on the following terms: • Minimum 20 year term with option to extend • 125 TJ per day • Portfolio supply with penalties for non-supply • Gas to be delivered at Project Site • Price mechanism designed to offset urea price cyclicality • Woodside undertaking FEED – FID March 2020

Urea • Urea is a nitrogenous fertiliser used in many areas of the world • It is critical to increasing the productivity of crop yields and hence feeding the world • 90% of total urea demand is for fertiliser use, of which more than 80% is applied directly to food production • Urea benefits approximately 70 million people across Asia (as rice production is highly dependent on urea) • Asia Pacific is the largest consuming region of urea • There is currently only one domestic urea plant in Australia, hence the majority of demand is imported

Water • WaterCorp and SNC-Lavalin have investigated a connection into the southern side of Site C from the existing pipeline • WaterCorp will undertake the necessary capital works to upgrade and expand water infrastructure for the Project and future projects located in the BSIA Site C • Water Pipeline • Existing above-ground water pipeline • Connects existing Yara ammonia and TAN facilities • Underground connection to supply facility Connection to Site C
Environment Approvals Process • Expected full environmental approvals in second quarter 2020 Progressing Completed • State Environmental Protection Act (EPA): 3rd party referred the Project – June 2018 • Confirmation of State and Commonwealth Joint Assessment Process, reducing the need for duplicated environmental approvals – March 2019 • Submission of Environmental Scoping Document (ESD) for public review – June 2019 • 12 week public release of Public Environmental Review (PER) – October to December 2019 • EPA reviews PER document and provides an update based on technical and public input – August 2019 to February 2020 • EPA reviews the Response to Submissions – February 2020 • EPA prepares draft assessment report and completes assessment – April 2020 • EPA finalises assessment report and gives report to Minister (6 weeks from completion of assessment) – May 2020
