About Health Enhancement • Health Enhancement is the health promotion department within the Division of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management. We: • Create and distribute positive, inclusive, and empowering programs and resources on a variety of health topics. • Collaborate with other departments to create programs, services, policies, and resources. • Collect and analyze data on the health issues that affect college students and their academic success.
Learning Objectives • Gain knowledge on available research & current studies regarding standard drink size on college campuses • Define what constitutes a standard drink by identifying the difference in volume of alcohol • Discuss how standard drink size is relative to tracking which predicts safer drink levels • Engage in communication regarding safer drinking behaviors
