If one is investing in an under-construction building then basically one is lending their money to the buyer to construct them a house that would provide them better returns in the future or when this construction will be completed. These returns follow risks and in the Indian market the risk chances are very high. It is to the extent that the developers have to give a price that provides good returns to the buyers.

The buyers play safe and avoid investing in under-construction buildings whereas the developers needs to understand that they need to fulfill the promise they make to the investors provide them with their homes in the time they have assured them with. Of course, India properties are the best that one invests in. Buyers are eagerly investing in the developed and under-developed localities as these would definitely give good returns and the investors are hopeful for the future of the real estate in India.
