MYOB RetailManager Pay-as-you-go • Why MYOB RetailManager Pay-as-you-go • MYOB RetailManager Pay-as-you-go provides customers with the ability to pay for the use of MYOB RetailManager each month while still reaping all of the benefits that they would normally have if they paid $1999 upfront. • Since they are not purchasing the product, if they no longer need MYOB RetailManager they can easily return the product and cease paying the monthly amount as they are not locked into any fixed term. • Customer can easily acquire more MYOB RetailManager licences, if the business grows, at no extra cost.

MYOB RetailManager Pay-as-you-go • Pricing • Initial cost, upon application, of $695 • Monthly fee of $59 per month to be direct debit from a nominated credit card • Pricing allows the customer to apply for an unlimited number of licences for MYOB RetailManager, at no extra cost and at any time. • MYOB RetailManager Professional – initial cost is $245 and they can then sell it to the customer for $695. Customer pays the $59 per month. • If a customer purchases direct MYOB on the recommendation of an RMP, the RMP will receive a commission of $445

  5. MYOB RetailManager Pay-as-you-go • What do customers get • Latest version of MYOB RetailManager (currently version 10) • 7 days a week Retail Enhancement and Support • Complete software maintenance • Regular communications • Special offers and discounts • Access to the RMP network

MYOB RetailManager Pay-as-you-go • Terms and Conditions • Can only be purchased via MYOB Contact Centre or MYOB RetailManager Professional (RMP) • Upon application customers nominate how many licences they require, if they require more in the future they can ring up and notify support – this is no extra cost for the customer • 30 days notice is to be provided to MYOB by the customer if they no longer need MYOB RetailManager, at which point the product is to be returned and all files will be deregistered. If no notice is provided the monthly charge will still be applied.

MYOB RetailManager Pay-as-you-go • Further Information • Currently there are approximately 40 customers who are on a MYOB RetailManager subscription model which was introduced 2 years ago – these customers will be rolled over to the new model of “MYOB RetailManager Pay-as-you-go” • Differences between the existing model and MYOB Pay-as-you-go • Current MYOB RetailManager SubscriptionMYOB Pay-as-you-go • Initial Price $499 and $99 per month - Initial Price $695 and $59 per month • This price covers 1 site licence - This price includes any no. of site licences • Additional licences cost an extra $10 per licence - Security model (unlock codes) is the same • per month (e.g $109 for two, $119 for three per mth) as the existing MYOB RetailManager • - Customer locked into a 24 month period subscription model
