This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable, practical knowledge and skills whilst being paid a salary. Working closely with Forth Valley College in Falkirk and SEMTA ( Science, Engineering, Manufacturing Technologies Alliance)you can kick start your career, learning new skills in a fast paced and exciting environment. As well as on the job training and personal development, this 4 year apprentice-training programme will result in the attainment of a LifeScience SVQ Level 2 . You will be involved with: Following Lab procedures as defined in Standard test Procedures and Work Instructions to test and initiate finished goods product Testing in the chemistry, physical and microbiology laboratories Inputting of testing data into laboratory information management systems General maintenance, operation and verification of laboratory equipment Support failure investigation activities and non-conformance investigation for lab processes The ideal candidate will have : Ideally we are looking for candidates to have passes in Higher Maths and Biology or Chemistry / Physics.
