How did exploration of the Americas lead to settlement? • Two fans (James and Sarah) are watching a football game. • James cheers for the Pittsburgh Steelers. • Sarah is a fan of the Green Bay Packers. • James’ team wins, but Sarah’s team loses! • What might each fan say about the game?
First come, first served • What does the saying, “first come, first served” means? • Ex. Getting to the lockers first. Which slot is yours? • Describe a situation in which you experienced this. • Were you the one who was helped or hurt? • How did your experience make you feel? • How do you think others felt about the experience?

(If time permits.) • The skit should teach us about your explorer’s – Background, Sponsor, Motives, Dates, Route, and Impact.
