Dormitories • This is a picture of the girl’s dormitories. This is were we slept, got changed and sometimes played. There are bunk beds and single beds as you can see in the picture. We had to make your own bed and there are DORMITORIE INSPECTIONS!
Punch trail • The punch trail was one of the most favourite activities. There was a number on a post that had a staple like peg. We would slide the paper underneath and push the peg down to leave an imprint of a letter.
Low ropes • First of all our instructor taught us how to spot, we put our arms in front of us to catch the people on the obstacle if they fall. There was lots of other things on the low ropes like the frog jump, sea saw, swing ropes and the balance beam.
Eating • The food was delicious, there was a wide variety of food to choose from. There is a maximum of 6 people on a table and you can choose who you sit with.
Rock climbing • The rock climbing was great fun, scary as well and we were all determined to reach the top. We had conquered all our fears of heights.
Stores • The stores is were we collect our tellytubby suits. Tellytubby suits are things that keep you warm and they are waterproof so you don’t get wet. There are harness’ and helmets there to.
Team Challenge • The team challenges were really fun and exiting, hopefully as you can see. This photo is of the skiing challenge, you had to get to the bench at the end by lifting the skis up!
The Games room • This is a picture of the year 4’s playing table football, one of the games there. There were Jenga blocks, connect 4 and bowling. We chilled out and enjoyed playing.
The Zip-wire • The zip-wire was nerve wracking but very exiting at the same time. It was very safe because we were harnessed on to strong wire, very strong wire. It was great fun, so much fun that even the teachers went on!
Bush craft • Bush craft was like forest school but at Malvern. It was very interesting to know how to survive in the wild. We made fires but it was safe because there were lots of adults supervising us.
Archery Take aim! Get ready!! FIRE!!! We had a proper bow and arrow. The instructions were very clear and we followed them well. We managed to enjoy it without any arrows sticking out us!
Night line • Night line was dark, very dark indeed. You had a pair of black out goggles on. Thankfully you had a partner to guide you through the obstacles.
