Click on the arrow visible next to the same file in order to open it
Select the file “KernelCrashOnCtrlScroll.reg” and double-click on it to Run
It will ask for your permission to make changes on your computer, Click Yes
Restart the computer after you have made the changes and again Login with the administrator password
You will have to wait till the time the program automatically freezes again
Press the Ctrl + Scroll Lock + Scroll Lock in order to manually crash the window
It will result in a blue screen. The system will now generate a memory dump and automatically restart
Use the administrator password once again to login and search for the “MEMORY.DMP” file
