Phase I Project Funding • City Match $181,000 • CDBG $124,000 • Small Harbors Improvement Program (MaineDOT) $95,000 • DOC (LWCF) $50,000 • Municipal Investment Trust Fund $500,000 • Land for Maine’s Future $73,334 • DOC-Recreation Trails Project $30,000 • Total of $872,334 in Phase I grant funding

  5. Phase II Project Funding to date • City Match $59,000—Downtown TIF Rev. • In-Kind Services Additional • CDBG $150,000 • Congressional Earmark $147,000 • Riverfront Bond Grant $450,000-Dec ‘08 • Preserve American $50,000 • Project Canopy $8,000 • Over $800,000 in current grant funding
