Acquisition • SAMHI Hotels has acquired acquired Hyatt Regency in Pune from RK Jatia Group-owned Ascent Hotels for an estimated 350 crore. • Economic Laws Practice acted for SAMHI Hotels with a team led by Partners SujjainTalwar and DarshanUpadhyay along with Associate Partner Aakanksha Joshi, Associate Managers AmrutaKelkar and KanishaVora and Associates TariniMenezes, SiddharthWalawalkar, Amoolya Narayanan and RaghavVashist. • ELP Partner BabuSivaprakasam along with Associate Partner Deep Roy, Associate Manager OkramSingha and Associates Megha Agarwal and SharmilaRatnam advised on the financing aspect.
