(binge is defined as consuming 5 or more drinks in one sitting). • 17.3%  are Lifetime Abstainers (CORE Norm = 12.9%); 23.6% are Last year abstainers (Core Norm = 15.8%) • 76.3% consume 2 drinks or LESS a week on average.
