Paediatric Training at UCMI • On-the job clinical exposure under supervision • In-patient service, out-patient clinics, specialty rotations • Structured dept based teaching program • Early morning (4 x per week) • Lunch-time (4 x per week) • Mock clinical exam practice (2x per year) • Courses and workshops • Regular Formative assessments • Mentorship program • Opportunities for research
