  3. Feasibility Study When we came up with the idea… Highly enthusiastic Had a hesitation, weather it would be feasible Motivations and uncertainties Feasibility was discussed with relevant experts in the field We were encouraged System will be beneficial to the public

  4. Literature Survey Existing system, UNIROAD 1, was studied Microcontroller chip has to be replaced to change the signal timing/patterns. System being developed, UNIROAD 2, was studied Still at prototype level Configurability and flexibility is high

  10. Risk Analysis Project has a fairly large scope Challenges To develop a computer vision based system that will function properly under any weather condition Ambiguities about theories Difficult to clarify all the ambiguities Implementation must be started based on assumptions

  11. How We Are Going to Continue… Identified two main phases in the project Identification and classification of traffic flow Analysis of parameters and scheduling signal lights to optimize traffic flow Two of us will work on each phase independently
