2012 Achievement- Dhamma Talk • Bhante K.K bodhi from India join two times to the vihara and deliver Dhamma talk- He explain the importance of the Panchasheel in daily life. • Bhante K K Bodhi is spreading Dhamma in India. Bhante Dharmananda, International peace monastery, Michigan – Explain about modern Buddhism in daily life. He also explain how we can practice mediation within 5 minutes. Vice-Abbot Hozan Alan Senaukeresident Zen masterat Berkeley Zen Center for 25 years talk about ZEN Buddhism and shared his experience while he was practicing Buddhism in India.
2012 Achievement- Lectures from Indian intellectuals Prof. Vivek kumar (visiting professor Colombia University) delivered talk on Vihara group in Mid April and request group to get together and start spreading Ambedkar thoughts. He also initiate to start to build Abmbedkar center in USA and he tries to mobilize other organizations. Vivek Kumar (Ph. D.) is one of the leading Sociologist of India. He has been in the profession for past two decades. His main areas of research have been Dalits in India, their movements, their Diaspora, and Buddhism. • Mangesh Dahiwale a Director at Jambudvipa Trust deliver lecture on the Vihara session. He talk about the Ambedkar thought with reference to the Black movement in America. Mangesh Dahiwale is an young Ambedkarite and a dalit-buddhist activist. He dedicated his life to get involved in uplifting dalits and poor in India, he also is a buddhist scholar in spreading the Dhamma works of Dr.Ambedkar and Lord Buddha

Rajbhoj Institute of coaching & socio-religious studies, Nagpur since 1992. He mention to the group do not call ourselves Dalit, Bahujan or others but call a Buddhist. We are converted to Buddhism so why we can not call ourselves Buddhist. • Ratnamji was the Founder, honorary editor and author of a Tamil Monthly called"Erimalai" (Volcano) which was edited by Mr.X-Ray P Manickkam (1984-1996) based at Chennai. It was later named as "Civil Urimai" (Civil Rights).
