We have our own installation crews and continue to grow. With the main factory in Penticton, BC, and a 2nd factory in Osoyoos, BC, we have a capacity to double our current home output levels.   3. The Investment Opportunity Eagle Homes currently has 2 subdivisions that would warrant quality investor participation with very quick project completion and investment return. We have several other real estate development opportunities that are in the early stages of development. This is considered a low risk, moderate ROI. The subdivisions are Sunset Ridge (Kamloops BC), Sol Terra Ranch (Kelowna, BC). Both developments are currently have had homes sold and installed. Sunset Ridge has Phase 1 75% sold, and Phase ll, lll, lV are open for investment. Phase 2-4 have a total of 80 lots available, with Phase 5-6 available for future investment as well.
