  7. Student Progress • Measurable IEP goals • Progress must be reported in the same mathematical language as the baseline • It is not just a code (TM, SPM, etc.) • Rate of progress—on a trajectory to achieve goal by the end of the IEP period • Progress—at least as often as peers.
