The Jobs Business Rule and other shared Business Rules should be in place before creating Opportunities in Recruiting. There is information sharing between Recruiting, UltiPro, and Onboarding. The Project Console is used to activate Recruiting or upgrade from Recruitment Resources are available in the Learning Center, within each Phase of the Project Console, and on the Help page within Recruiting.

Business Intelligence reporting for Talent Acquisition is available using Cognos Analytics.
