2. About us We are an independent family owned business, headed by two brothers who have been in the restaurant business for 40+ years, and their sons. The majority of our employees have been with us five plus years, and some have even been with us 10-15 years. We are "yes" people, and let's face it, you have to be in this business. Over 80% of our products are homemade and prepared on site. Our beef and turkey are cooked on site, and sliced to order, and all of our soups and deli salads are made from scratch as needed.
