HMH Data Insights Evidence of what’s working was missing and it was hard to measure the changes • Challenges: • Data Rich and information poor • Data was buried in the data warehouse with limited access • Correlating data from multiple sources • Easy access to data and insights to a the root cause • Not enough resources to continuously analyze the data

  13. A data solution: • Introduced at Model Schools Conference • Data insights implementation initiated July 2018 • Started getting insights from Tracy data within 6 weeks
