Even in general life, people who do not know English cannot comfortably read medical instructions, food ingredient labels, government forms, street signs, and even movie tickets. Don’t take the issue lightly, simply because an office boy, a maid, or worker at a store knows his or her numbers, colors and a few other basic terms in English does not mean they truly speak it. Moreover, the situation on this matter is controlled by the availability of English speaking courses in Electronic city while the situation is much worse in small places like villages, and tribal regions.
