  2. Who is a home inspector and what is his role? For most of us, buying a home is the biggest investment and biggest expense of our life. Having a home inspected by home inspection companies or home inspector in cities like Brampton and Mississauga before you buy it is the best way to avoid unpleasant surprises, and unexpected repair bills, thus avoiding a big disappointment for new buyers. The inspector will make a visual assessment of the various components of the property, to help you better understand the condition of the house. At no time will the inspector make openings to examine the interior of walls, ceilings, floors, or other elements.
