Early Work • Vasari’s first teacher was Lucca Signorelli. • His next teacher was Guillaume de Marcillat. • Met Michelangelo and Raphael. • Studied under Michelangelo.
Early Work (cont.) • Vasari then went to work under Francesco Salviati. • Helped recover “David” satue for Michelangelo.
