  2. Todos hemos sido exhortados a estar listos. No sabemos cuándo el Señor viene por lo tanto: ¡Preparemonos! We don't know when the Lord is coming...So we need to be ready. We all has been exhorted to be ready. 1 Tes 5:1-6. 2 Ped. 3:10-12. Apoc.3:2-3

  3. Aplicando la parábola a nosotros.. 1. Los cristianos somos como las diez vírgenes... 1. The christians are like the ten virgins... Cristiano sabio. Wise christian. Applying the parable to us.. 2 Ped.3:18. 2 Ped.1:5-8. Cristiano insensato. Matt.24:48,49. Foolish Christian

  4. 2. No debemos confiar en cosas buenas hechas en el pasado. Y las insensatas dijeron a las prudentes: Dadnos de vuestro aceite;v8. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil v.8. Tenían aceite, pero no suficiente. They had oil, but not enough. 2. We are not to trust in things made in the past.. Fil.3:12-15.

  5. 3. La preparación depende de uno mismo.. Dadnos de vuestro aceite; porque nuestras lámparas se apagan. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.v.9 La irresponsabilidad mía, no cambiará el futuro de ustedes. My irresponsability, would not change your future.. 3. To be ready depende on one himself.. Jer.7:4-7.

  6. 4. Esos que no se prepararon, NO rebirán una segunda opotunidad. ¡Señor, señor, ábrenos!v.11 Lord, Lord, open to us. ¿Está tu nombre escrito en el libro de la VIDA? Is your name writen in the book of life? 4. Those unprepared do not recive a second chance. Apoc.20:12-15.

  7. 5. mateniendo un estado de preparación. ¿Cómo? ¿Cómo hago para esperar a mi Señor? What can a do the wait for my Lord? How? Las cinco vírgenes insensatas NO supieron. The five foolish virgins didn't know how. 5. Maintaining a state of preparedness

  10. b) Oremos mucho, mucho, mucho. Es solo orando que mostramos a Dios que queremos estar preparados. It is only thru prayer that we tell our God that we want to be ready.. b) Lets pray, more, more and more. 1 Jn.1:9. Efes.6:18. 2 Ped.3:18. 2 Ped.1:5-8.

  11. El Señor viene pronto! Si no estamos listos nos dirá: If we are not ready he will say: De cierto os digo, que no os conozco Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Jesus is coming soon!

  12. Velad, pues, porque no sabéis el día ni la hora en que el Hijo del Hombre ha de venir.ver.13. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
