What is Instagram? • Photo sharing social network specific for mobile phones • Initially exclusive to the iphones aka cool kids but recently expanded to android. • Share your experience andenjoy others • Allows people to apply awesome retro filters to look like polaroid’s. • Hashtag trending to categorize topics • 31M users and counting • Easy linkage to your twitter & fb.
Why brand’s are using instagram? • To engage with users/customers to photoshare for campaigns, contests, and features. • Products and food • Educate • Sharewhat is going on!
