BLEEDING FROM NECK APPLY SLIGHT TO MODERATE PRESSURE USING AN OCCLUSIVE DRESSING & THEN TAPEING EDGES DOWN TO FORM AN AIR-TIGHT SEAL. ADD A BULKY DRESSING OVER OCCLUSIVE. NEVER APPLY PRESSURE TO BOTH SIDES OF THE NECK AT THE SAME TIME.
