Post Secondary Institution Visit • Thursday, Sept. 21 1:00 – 3:15 • 11 institutions • You must attend 2 sessions & the Mini-Fair. • Each session is about 45 minutes long • UBC VIU Thompson River University • SFU Quest Northern Lights • NIC Camosun Royal Military College • UVic Trinity Western
Post Secondary Institution Visit • Thursday, Sept. 21 1:00 – 3:15 • Required assignment for Grad Transitions • (pages in GT booklet) • There will be signs in foyer, bus loop, library window and columns in 400 wings to tell you the room numbers for each institution • Opportunity to learn about institution, ask questions, to compare programs/costs, etc.
Investigate PSI options. • Check out university websites • Search programs and costs at www.educationplannerbc.ca • Discuss with parents/guardians.
Important Dates for PSI information • Distributed Learning (online courses) • Completion deadlines – UBC – Feb 1, 2018 • SFU – April 30, 2018 • Others – May 30,2018 • English 12 & other courses needed for admission • NIC monthly visits (October 7 is next visit) • Sign up in Student Services
