This can be done with something called nutritional timing. By changing the time of day you eat certain foods, especially carbs, you can make your body into a more efficient fat burner. A way to do this is to finish eating carbs by lunch. This then removes carbs, your body's quick energy source, from your evening meal and because the carbs are not available your body is forced to burn body fat for energy.Exercise Boost.
