2. 1.1. Price Management Overview Firstly, a freight price should be determined. The HMI decides the sales freight price and the GIN decides the purchase freight price. That is, if a truck of `A` transport vendor transports five vehicles, the GIN receives the amount of money that the sales freight price is multiplied by five from the HMI, and the GIN pays the amount of money that the purchase freight price is multiplied by five to the `A` transport vendor. (Of course, in a domestic transport, the price depends on a vehicle model.) Here, the price of sales should be higher than the price of purchase. Because a margin occurs and profits remain. That is, this is a system for inputting the price information of purchase which is the most important for the transport. (The price of sales only is received through I/F (Interface), and can be not modified.) Mainly, the price depends on a truck model including a truck and a trailer and the loading quantity of the trucks. In a case of an export different from a domestic transport, the freight price is calculated by a truck unit. (In the domestic transport, the freight price is calculated by vehicles. When a loading combination is performed through I/F, it is important to register a correct price because a freight charge is automatically set by inputting the price of purchase in this system. Moreover, the price of sales is received through I/F, and if there is no price of purchase, the I/F is not included. Accordingly, if there is no price of purchase, a notice window is created so that the price of purchase is inputted. 1.2. (A concept of the price is referred to an export price management). A domestic purchase freight price depends on a vehicle model by a vehicle unit. In a case of an export, the freight price is determined by a truck unit irrespective of a loading number. Accordingly, If a new vehicle model is added or a new transport region is added, a new freight price is created. Therefore, a lot of changes of the freight price have influence on the loading quantity on the truck through I/F. Accordingly, even in the domestic transport, if a new freight price is added, a prompt response is induced by having a notification function. Whenever a new freight price is inputted, a version of a conventional freight price is automatically managed, and the previous version of the freight price is not unused. Since each of vehicles has a Billing Date (when a dealer pays a purchase price), the freight price is applied from the Billing Date as a standard point. That is, the conventional version of the freight price may be still used.
