Psalm 107:1-28The people of Israel frequently disobeyed and were filled with distress and need. They continually cried out to God in their trouble.
Isaiah 43:1-5, 21-24God speaks of His love and mercy for His chosen people. They, however, have not been faithful in worshipping the Lord.
Isaiah 49:8-15Even though God’s people didn’t deserve it, He still cared for them. As a gracious Father, He loved them unconditionally.
Isaiah 54:10“For the mountains may be removed and the hills may shake, but My lovingkindness will not be removed from you, and My covenant of peace will not be shaken.”
Amos 5:21-23Without genuine love and obedience, their worship to the Lord was meaningless and displeasing to Him.
