  2. Project Goals • Create a system for recording audio voiceovers that will later be added to video. • Take a script from the video’s creator and aid the “voice talent” in recording the audio.

  3. Application Domain • Non-linear video editing • audio independent of video • Typical scenario: • script created & broken into segments • voice talent chosen • segments recorded • WAV files added to video

  4. System Parameters • C++ • Win32 Interface with MFC • Input: text document (script) • Output: WAV files
