  2. INTRODUCTION We frogs are very interesting and fun animals, just watch this video and you will see what I am talking about!!

  3. INTRODUCTION Hi! I am Kermit the Frog!! Even though I am 58 years Old, not all Frogs can live as long as me! Most frogs live only 10 to 12 years! Would you like to know more about my family??

  4. TASK Your task is to find out details about Kermit and his family. You will be assigned in groups and will become a Frog expert by learning everything there is to know about the frog life cycle. After collecting the information, you will fill in your Frog worksheet and answer any questions using the information you just got. Finally, each group of students will present their work to the classroom.

  5. PROCESS • As a class, we will read the book “The Wide • Mouthed Frog” By Keith Faulkner.

  6. PROCESS • The class will be separated into four groups • Each group will view the Frog life Cycle animation • by clicking on the arrow. Also, you must study the • Frog Life Cycle image on the left. • Then you and your group will print out your • frog life cycle worksheet assigned to your • group, which you will then fill out. • Just click on the arrow to your right. • After completing your work, each group will post • up on the blackboard their frog cycle worksheet. • For more fun, each student can print an image to • color, by clicking on the arrow.
