RFI = RF interference • Path loss is accounted for in the multipath model • Any channel-induced signal distortion is accounted for in the multipath model • Radio-induced distortion (e.g. compression) should not be part of the channel model • Channel noise and interference are part of the channel model, but distinct from the multipath model Stan Bottoms, Time Domain
