  2. Our Issue • The heat in our community has continued to rise year after year. • Because of this, Drought has become a problem in our community.

DROUGHT • Recent statistics show that an average of 69.3 gallons of water is used daily in a single home. • Washing machines, dishwasher, and showers are the three main culprits in home water consumption. • Our plan is to tell all the people in our community to be more conservative with water usage. For example, installing water conserving showerheads.

  4. Our Plan • Our plan is to tell all the people in our community to be more conservative with water usageby: • Installing water conserving showerheads. • Buying more efficient washing machines and other appliances.

  5. How It Will Benefit Our Community • With negligent water consumption coming to a stop, drought will be less of a problem. • When a drought occurs, our community will have extra water in reserve. • The people of our community will have less expensive water bills.

  6. Drawbacks • Most people would not be cooperative and shun our water consumption plan entirely. • Shorter showers.

  7. The earth needs us all to offer our support.
