Use a graph to visually represent your study time and grade obtained on a recent test. Correct your test silently and then engage in interactive activities like hypothesis formation and group work. Don't forget to turn in your bathroom passes!

Do Now: • Retrieve your test from Ms. Brawley • Use a dry erase marker to indicate on the white board how long you studied for the test vs the grade you received • For example, if you studied for 20 min, find that time on the bottom line and then mark where that time meets with the grade along the vertical axis of the graph • Begin test corrections silently on a piece of notebook paper
When you are finished… • Read the Chapter Mystery on page 273 and form a hypothesis as to what will happen and WHY? • When you have completed this, begin the surface area to volume ratio activity in groups of 3-5 (see Ms. Brawley)
