  1. The Dallas-Ft. Worth Chapter of HIMSS The Colorado Chapter of HIMSS Is the Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter up to a Quick-draw Challenge ? versus Greatest % Increase of Advanced Members WINS ! We invite your chapter to have a friendly competition to see which chapter can have the largest percentage increase of NEW advanced members. Colorado is planning to celebrate in Chicago at the Annual Conference, April 4-8, 2009. If we don’t top Dallas-Ft. Worth’s percentage of NEW advanced members, we’ll give your chapter a solid chocolate champagne bottle to toast your success and you get bragging rights! Ready? All qualified advancement applications would need to be submitted to HIMSS by Friday, January 16th, in order to be approved in time for HIMSS09.  Generally, members of 3 years or more with vast volunteer & speaking experience will qualify.
