Create an EU login via https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/ • (if you have not done it already) • Register as user on the Week’s website • In CMS, adjust the title and the description of your session if necessary and provide the names of all speakers by 7 June • Engage with your audience • Room and exact time slot allocation willbeannounced by 21 Juneat the latest, together with preliminaryinterpretationpossibilities • On-line Registration opens 8 July

Communication via lead Partner only • Check out event website regularly and Partner´s section • Check out the event guides to learn more about the format of your session • Gender equality : Male-only panels will be rejected • Uploadpresentationsand abstracts by 20 Septemberin CMS • Suggest regional journalists, including contact details by 7 June • Promote your event – #EURegionsWeek • Upload the main conclusions and messages of the session by 24 October (e-Reporting)
