Gizarte segurantzaren legea honako hau estaen du: • Se consideran situaciones asimiladas a la de alta, a estos efectos, las siguientes: • La situación legal de desempleo, total y subsidiado, y la de paro involuntario una vez agotada la prestación contributiva o asistencial, siempre que en tal situación se mantenga la inscripción como desempleado en la oficina de empleo. • Beraz bai jaso ahla izango du prestazioa

  4. Prestazioaren kopurua: • Ukanbeharrak: • 65 urte edo gehiago izatea • Irabazi urriak izatea • Bizilagun kopurua 2:    19.542,18 eurotara ez ailegatzea urte bakoitzeko. Eta hauek bakarrik ailegatzen dira: 11.115.72 euroetara. • Beraz prestazioa honako hau izango da: • Onuradun kopurua bi badira: • Urteko: 3908.44 euro • Hilabteko:279.17 euro
