SCAA events: Track and Field Championships – Saturday & Sunday 17/18th May – Yeovil Arena Closing date for entries Tuesday 6th May Schools are automatically affiliated to SCAA therefore entries can come from schools as well as clubs. Combined Events Championships – Saturday & Sunday 26/27th April – Millfield School Closing date was Friday 28th March !!!! These championships are organised in conjunction with our Combined Events Championships – therefore athletes can represent either their school or their club.

  11. All schools are affiliated to Somerset Schools Athletic Association www.somersetschoolsathletics.org.uk SSAA hosts many championships:

  12. Track & Field Junior Championships – Wednesday 4th June – Yeovil Arena These championships are for Year 7 and Year 8 athletes who compete within their year group. Closing date for entries is Friday 16th May with entries coming from schools. • County Championships – Saturday 14th June – Yeovil Arena • These championships are for Juniors (u15), Intermediates (u17) and Seniors (u19) • Closing date for entries is Wednesday 28th May with entries coming from Areas • Middle Schools Championships – Monday 7th July – Yeovil Arena • These championships are for Year 7 and Year 8 athletes from the nine middle schools within the county. Athletes compete in their year group. • Closing date for entries is Thursday 3rd July from schools

Combined Events County Combined Events Championships – Saturday & Sunday 26/27th April – Millfield School These championships are for Minors (u13), Juniors (u15), Intermediates (u17) and Seniors (u19) These championships are held in conjunction with SCAA and thus contain competitions for Senior Men and Senior Women. Closing date for entries was Friday 28th March !!!! Cross-Country Championships take place in January and February Following County Championships teams are entered for Regional and National Championships
