Audit Report for the year ended 31 March 2009 1. Unqualified Audit Opinion 2. SASSETA has applied for the renewal of its certificate of establishment for the next 5 years ending 2015. 3. Need to keep on strengthening the control environment so as to limit the amount of adjustments at financial year-end.
Audit Report (continued) NB: Our audit opinion is an improvement from the previous financial year because although we received an unqualified audit opinion in the previous year, we also got an “emphasis of matter”. This year it was an unqualified audit opinion and there was no “emphasis of matter”.
