  20. Things we got wrong • Tight time scale • Move/RIS/CR/PACS change all on same day not ideal! • Reporting environment • Ongoing project management • Communication with users outside radiology

  21. Thoughts for next time - • Avoid changing too much at once • But keep up momentum • Project management, pre & post • Workflow issues – communicate, communicate, communicate • Reporting environment
