  4. “I’ll be told when to start work on my assignments.” “I’ll be spending all of my time reading and writing essays/reports.”

  5. “There’s only one answer.” “I’ll need to refer to expert opinions in my work.” “By reading, I will form my own points of view.” “The experts are always right.” “I have to read everything on the reading list” “I should believe everything I read.”
