  1. Virginia SEACM Meeting Carole G. Carter, Kathleen Milloy & President Dave

  2. Communications – 10-31-2016 • Sent - Save the date flyer to Virginia Labs & Vendors

  3. Registration • Virginia – first meeting of the year – March 31 • Annual meetings – PayPal registration completed • Steve shouldering the work of moving state meetings to PayPal • Able to get registration on PayPal, but Virginia had a few registrations by fax or mail • Next year – adding VENDORS

  4. Virginia Planning • Previous 4 years • Planned one presentation specific to Virginia • Encouraging the state epidemiologists to present • Absolutely no problems – they are willing! • Past presentations - Epidemiologists from the Virginia Dept. of Health have surveyed CRE in Va. Sentinel Labs and gave a collaborative presentation with UVA Infectious Disease/Micro staff. Zika - CDC had a Health Service Member on staff in Virginia for a year. This year the topic was CIDT.
